Meet Natasha
Natasha knew she wanted to choose a career that she loved, and she has certainly achieved that. She studied Psychology while juggling full time work and motherhood, completing her Psychology degree at UNE in 2019.
Natasha is a warm, intuitive and empathic psychologist who works to build a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients to provide a safe space for authentic expression and vulnerability.
Natasha has extensive experience working with Young Adults, Adults, Couples and Groups across both public and private settings, including private practice and one of Australia’s Leading Treatment Centres for mood disorders, addiction and trauma.
Natasha has a holistic and dynamic approach to therapy, utilising a broad range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Natasha has a special interest in supporting individuals with addiction, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders and personality disorders. Natasha strongly believes, with the right support, it is possible to experience deep personal growth, recovery, hope and healing.
Natasha is a member of The Australian Psychological Society (APS) and is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
